For anyone thinking about the upside for Appen, I'd highly recommend reading the AI chapter of Kevin Kelly's the Inevitable. He explains the importance of AI for almost every industry really well and explains why data that is fed into AI's is going to absolutely critical (likening it to fuel to power the engine of an actual AI).
