Obviously a few things need to happen, and it will not happen next week (although that would be nice).
MHM would need to be in a fast revenue climb and projected Profits would have to be around the $100m pa mark.... (to earn it a high PE of 20-25)...
We would need to increase profits by about a factor of 10, and this may or may not be provided by 2 US Plants.
Either way, I can't put a timeframe on the re-rate, as re-rates can happen in funny ways. Look at LYC for example, their cap is over $2.2 Billion (Eqv of MHM at $20 a share), and they are not making a single dollar profit yet....
The market might be happy to re-rate 2 years out, or might want to wait under the $$$$ hit the bank account.
