Aumake Limited (ASX: AUK) entered a three-year strategic procurement framework agreement with Yangtze River New Silk Road International Logistics (Hubei) Group Co., Ltd starting 22 July 2024.

Yangtze River intends to purchase a minimum of A$100M worth of Australian goods annually from Aumake, totaling A$300M over the three-year period.

The agreement aims to establish a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain network for Australian goods, including agricultural and livestock products, FMCGs, frozen goods, and bulk resource commodities.

Aumake will leverage Yangtze River's logistics, port, and warehousing resources in China to streamline costs and improve profitability.

Aumake plans to form strategic alliances with domestic partners to fulfill specific procurement orders and integrate cross-border sales management using their digital marketing assistant, Streamii.

The first collaborative project under this framework includes a joint venture with Petersons Wines, forming Hunter Valley Wine and Tourism Alliance Pty Ltd.
