Marathon shares must be about the only stock to fall yesterday. I'm not sure punters realise mt gee is south australia not overseas.
I found a comparison table of MTN resource compared to other Australian resources. As you can see MTn has one of the biggest inferred resources and a market cap of only 80 million. It also has a large shareholding in the other uranium company USA which took off yesterday.
Anyway the market cap off smm for example is 600 mill they have the valhalla and Bigrlyi deposits.

Ags has a market cap of near 500 mill and less than half the resource of MTN but 6 times the market cap.
MTN has just finished the last drill progrma and starts again next week.
The current drilling program at Mt Gee has now been completed for the 2006 calendar year. Drilling in the 93 hole 20,000 metre RC program is scheduled to recommence on 4 January 2007. In the current program eighteen holes for 3458m of drilling have been completed in 22 days and some 2,000 samples sent to the laboratory for analysis. Mineralised zones have been intersected consistent with the Company’s interpretation of the deposit. The results of the laboratory analyses will be released progressively in 2007 as they are assimilated by the Company.
