That top 20 list was dated 13 August, 2015, over 2 years old.
The top 20 in the recent annual report shows the top 7 holders having more than 3,800,000 shares. Many of these are held in nominee companies, so we dont know who the beneficial owner is.
There has been other large cross trades recently around 84c, so hopefully the selling will be finished soon without pushing the price down further.
