im not TA expert, but looks like a cup n handle is complete? the handle is about 2 weeks long which is what is required for this to be confirmed, but not sure if it was breached after the last announcement sell down? Cup n handles are very bullish TA indicators normally resulting in the upside being the length between the base and the upper lip of the cup....this would put us near the 4c acceleration clause...

I do accept the view though that news is what will make this spike, but on a pure TA basis, it looks to me like its pretty much complete? Can anyone with more experience please comment?
