Apatyl.
I was researching past companies that Randgold did a JV with before they signed up.
One was with Anglo Gold .
I refer to your post on the 30/05/2013 11826397. Nice dig up.
Its interesting to note that these are the figures BEFORE Randgold came on board.
You are spot on. BGS has a lot more going for them than these results. A lot more..
For Randgold, these results had been sufficient enough to warrant a JV.
The reason that they did not go any further with them is that an article released on 16th April 2014
"Sangola promising despite Randgold pull-out – GoldStone"
stipulates that
"Early in April, Randgold stepped away from the JV, which was formed a year ago to explore and potentially develop the Sangola gold project, as the project no longer met the scale of the company’s internal investment criteria – a deposit with potential to deliver more than three-million ounces at an average grade above 3 g/t."
So that's what Randgold are looking for....a deposit with potential to deliver more than three-million ounces at an average grade above 3 g/t.
Do BGS have this??
I know why you, other LT's and myself are in.
Goodluck.
