What is management doing to arrest the massive wealth destruction of the past year?

In that time, our shares have declined about 50% in value. Even the All Ords hasn't dropped anywhere near as much.

Our company is profitable. It has little or no debt, a cash war-chest of millions, a portfolio of leading brands, an extensive distribution network, good sound management and projected profits.

Surely, we need management to maintain high dividends and to keep shareholders informed of what they are doing.
