For what it's worth my guess is that 28th Feb will come and go with Res 6 expiring and ECT announcing some other new deal, that involves the CDP funding.. whether with Monash or without. I'm really not sure that ECT desperately needs the $6m right now.. as the fast finance is supposed to cover w/cap and the ARUP bond covers the DFT costs.. so what is left is, will they survive on the fast finance until Sept. when the ALDP funds come available.
Then again if the $6m does materialise then that means more dilution! Not sure the price will rise that dramatically at this stage, maybe up a couple of cents would be nice and a real confidence booster.
The REAL big week will be in June when we wait for that Ministers Letter announcing result(s) of ALDP funding. Now that should see some serious SP movement from that point onwards. If ECT is successful then the BIG end of town might sit up and take notice, as they start to see K-Coal, Tincom etc. firming up MOU's into agreements and contracts that sees money flow towards the CDP..
Yes. a big week and a big year ahead..
