I hope for all shareholders that this funding is real.

I am not analysing it to be negative, just to point out that it may be too good to be true.

If AGO and other proven producers struggle to raise additional finance, how can it be that FAS with no feasability study, no port access and only 20M MT of proven reserves have raised $325M.

If it is then KR has done the deal of the century and good on him.

However, is there another motive, Is alliance using this as away to takeover the asset?
