I note TAP are halted (just a few minutes ago) and due to release news of a permit award in Ghana. We know there is a TAP Ghana Ltd , and also a Rialto Ghana Ltd. Is there a connection?
Ghana is the hottest offshore oil fairway in the world. Maybe I'm dreaming....but it sounds as if it's getting close to what I've been hoping for.
