RIA have a joint venture with Challenger Minerals, the oil and gas subsidiary of giant GlobalSantaFe Corporation, which importantly,is the world's largest offshore drilling contractor (providing the rigs).
Challenger Minerals has 27% of Tap's ghana prospect.
So no doubt, RIA will be farming in. It appears they couldnt agree on the terms or are finalising a raising, or they would have come out of halt by now.
Dont get too excited though, lots of seismic to go first, first well not for a couple of years
