No Phil, MS probably has a lot more to show for all those raised $Ms than that, but it isn't in CVI!

Previously people were really only speculating that it was a money printing exercise. Now its just so darned obvious.

I hope Raks can do what's needed. IMO, that would be:

- Providing sufficient detail to the appropriate authorities (ASIC and ASX) to stop the issue of new Securities, and halt trading on the existing ones.
- Prove inappropriate intent by specific individuals.
- Find a skilled group of people to replace the BoD and get to the bottom of what this company really owns, if anything. This is probably the hardest and most important thing to be done.

Time is of the essence. This is not something easily dealt with by investors and/or Lawyers. It needs experienced public company hands, because clearly, that is exactly what you guys are up against.
