massively oversold generally refers to stocks that makes profits (ie taking ownership of the stock brings cheques in the mail)

it doesn't really apply to stocks that has only ever made losses, and will continue to do so for the forseeable future (ie taking ownership of the stock brings additional bills you have to pay, bills like director salaries, asx fees, office rent, exploration costs, etc.)

you can choose not to 'pay' these bills but one way or another you have to, there's no avoiding it. it's an obligation you take up once you buy the shares. if you don't tip money into the share raisings to come, they'll take it out of your pocket by diluting your interest. ie makes your total share holding worth very little, even if the company comes good in the future, eventually.

i learnt that lesson with junior spec miners a long time ago, there is no such thing as 'massive oversold', as long as they keep putting their hand out for more money. which is a given if they are junior spec miners. the shares just keep going down, down down.
