well it looks like ARG is definitley underperforming the market.
they have lots of cash on the side lines waiting. If they trade for under NTA they may just perform a share buy back...
they are not massively undervalued at the moment i dont think.
I am waiting for the new NTA results to come out, but it looks like the sharemarket has rallied a lot since August 31... and ARG has gone nowhere..... NTA i'd imagine might be up over $6.00 but its hard to say, because BHP is there major investment and they are around the $39.00 mark..
If BHP gets back to $43-$45 i think youd see ARG around the $6.40 mark...
THe LICS's all Look interesting at the moment, I reckon there is some value there, are non are trading at a premium, nor should they, but ARG given historical performance should really trade at fair value.
It rose yesterday when the market fell, so maybe that is a sign that the market thinks, that they are undervalued.
