That's about how it is. Oz deserves no discredit. He was banned permanently and I personally believe that's a huge loss to hc and posters. The reason he set the group up was for a considered challenge. This doesn't appear to be an imminent threat. He is a committed gentleman and I'm sure if it again was a threat and not in Sh best interest then he would again be active in the group. Oz is not as couch ridden as he was then and can be seen more active on his farm attending to duties without any walking aids.
