Let's get into production and significant cashflow, so we have a bank of funds. Then look for an almost broke converter because they can't get spodumene supplies. Then build that business. Much cheaper and much less risk.

Galaxy made the mistake of trying to build their own plant in China before they had any cashflow. We have a resource that will last decades so there is no rush to make it 'risky'.
Taking the safe very profitable path of spodumene production then look at the options available when there is a lot of cash in the bank.
