Talison has the capacity to produce 575,000t of lithium concentrate, I assume that means spodumene concentrate, from Albemarle's 2015 annual report.
If we build a 3mt/a plant using 1.3% ore we will produce about 500,000t of concentrate allowing for 77% recovery.
A 4mt/a plant will make us the largest hard rock supplier in the world, though Talison is going to expand by 50,000t/a.
