Has anybody entertained the thought that perhaps there is not that much red tape ( as there is in Australia) in the DRC especially as the DRC are holders as well and that based on the drilling history and the recent drilling ..( everybody knows that there is s#$T loads to be had ) that if there is not a take over soon that the mine can be up and running in as little time as it takes to manufacture the plant . Just a thought. In Africa money opens a hell of a lot of doors quite easily !!
