A couple of comments on the spreadsheet:
Regarding FX risk: if we're selling in USD and the AUD goes down to $0.70 we'll be making more money, so that would be an optimistic assumption. So, shouldn't the pessimistic columns assume a higher exchange rate, e.g. $0.90, not a lower one?
Also, are spod processing costs incurred in AUD or USD?
