Nothing happens for 2 reasons, 1: By extension the ASX300 and ASX200 are the same, the 300 is just the next 100 so by default PLS remains in the ASX300, just ranked higher than 200
2: If a share you currently own drops out of the ASX300 ie 301 or lower you can keep it in your fund, you are not obligated to sell it. You just can not purchase anymore.
