Agree Woody, re ground to make up for BMW.
Especially considering the Tencent linked "poaching" of some BMW EV executives in 2016 see http://www.ecarinsight.com.au/bmwexecutives-poachedchinese-ev-start-up/
HOWEVER, the upside is that despite that setback they're putting their DM into a joint venture with the Chinese.
Poaching goes on all the time, sure, but I also wonder if there's some grudge or on the other hand residual collegiality here
