Yes and the govt of Tanzania has the clause in which they can be entitled to 50% of Nachu. So you can halve the NPV off the bat.
As well as high production royalties. 30% of shares being listed on their own stock exchange. Etc etc.
Funding is hard to come by and a portion has to be funded by a Tanzanian bank. Look at WKT, VRX and EGR.

Expect to see Capex blown out with long lead items hard to come by, and a huge wait for structural steel and aluminum. Not specific to MNS but this would also effect them and any other company looking at building a new mine with an outdated study.
