Wes sent the wrong people to run the UK business, including the MD. This scenario is a little different to the stuff up WOW did with Masters, which was wrong on so many levels.
I think WES will get Bunnings UK right eventually; however, I think Target is the one that will fail and ultimately shrink to nothing.
The people at the top at WES who tried to turnaround Target really screwed that up, with two successive MDs that made massive mistakes, precipitating the demise of Target.
I really like both stocks and prefer to shop with them rather than Aldi.
