I don't suppose you were an orphan selling at higher prices. Further don't you think Gus and the board would have factored that in when the decision was made to take the higher amount of cash an allocate the extra shares to SPP applicants. In the end the extra funds act to strengthen the balance sheet of the co. getting them into the hands of someone other than the big players is a good move as far as I'm concerned.
