This company has a long history of disregarding and misleading its small shareholders. Look back to the days when they were known as Minemakers (MAK) when Andrew Drummond was the Managing Director.
The TNT mines demerger and massive dilution, the resignation of Andrew Drummond and the appointment of Cliff Lawrenceson for $550 000 +, spending in excess of $26 500 000 since September 2013 and not divulging how much money was paid for the first two shipments of phosphate from Boabab. All the small shareholders are doing is keeping these people ( Louis Calvarin ) and his mates in a job.
Unfortunately I still hold a small parcel. I think I am stuck with this dog.
