If not, maybe click on 'Forums', it will do same as "Refresh' button.

admin. why is it that 'refresh' doesn't refresh?, in fact most times for me it actually jumps backwards. the only way out is to log off the site, then log on again????

'refresh' does work occasionally, but most often - like 99% of the time - it doesn't.
