You said your piece and I agree that the price will drop and the management is flaky but no need to keep it going on.
Townsville is a pie in the sky. It is a fantasy and delusional in the short, medium and long term. Maybe in 10 years.
The real saving grace is New York. Let’s get behind Mangnis and push NY.
Hopefully Frank can keep well balanced and stop hiring con-artists. If you ask me he needs to kick a couple of the current board members in head (figuratively speaking) to get them in gear.
