I am not exactly sure, but I think the last capital raise for Tritium placed a valuation on the company of a bit less than $300m - so a very good outcome for shareholders (it was a private company until now) and shows the values that can be applied in the US market in this EV segment.

Tritium's SPAC listing and iM3NY's upcoming listing appear to have much further similarities:
"DCRN (Tritium's new NYSE entity) is sponsored by an affiliate of Riverstone Holdings LLC and represents a further expansion of Riverstone's 15-year franchise in low-carbon investments, having established industry leading, scaled companies with more than US$5 billion of equity invested in renewables." (1)

Riverstone Holdings LLC are the same entity that just purchased a 3.5% stake in our IP partner C4V (MNS owns 9.65%) and who provided the $50m loan to iM3NY.

I have no doubt they will be 'assisting' in our SPAC listing.
