I very much doubt it. chemistries and software controlling them is specific to oem. once Tesla produce own batteries, even more so. however, im3 batteries should be able to go in any manufacturer with software to that oem from im3 required and I think that's what they are doing. like a standard controller which gets info from the batteries or selection about the battery origin you are putting in. probably not Tesla tho IMO.
