Your assumption is that others will never make a profit. At current rates APT will make $1b profit in 3 years.
They won't, of course because they will spend the money on expansion into Europe and Asia, but then in 10 years they'll make$10b profit.
Hence the share price keeps rising.
FXL won't be $4 while they pay dividends, but could get there if they cancel it.
