I am an avid watcher of masterchef on ch10. I feel there are a few ingredients that have defined masterchef's success that POZ can draw from/use to succeed:
1) The most beautiful gourmet pizza is the pizza with few ingredients but ingredients that are truely flavoursome & complimenting - a great project like highland plains need not be over complicated to be truely delicious
2) A food critic who knows taste doesn't necessarily translate into being a great chef - understand ur strengths & weaknesses and not let ego get in the way
3) Point 1 from a no need to be wasteful with use of excess ingredients - u don't need to give away ur whole project for it to work
