Streettalk - I completely agree. I don't find Chris smug either, I find him competent and in control.
Hope he wins, as he has set goals and it would be a perfect outcome. All the others, Justine, Julie, Poh, Julia will be absolutely rapt to get places in top kitchens - like MAtt Morans as Justine's just achieved.
Chris, however, wouldn't fit into their kitchens in the same way and is totally ready to run one himself. This has been more evident this week as we look to the 'happy result' - but of course it might not play out like that!!
