Well I did my dough picking Chris as the winner. Quite a shock ! I guess it really is about selling cook books at the end of the day. I wonder how much of a cut channel ten gets on the book sales, and the contestants obligations about doing the rounds of morning shows etc. ... I will have to ask the producer when she is back in oz, and shed some light on how they go about actually choosing the winner and their responsibilities.
