If Poh can master her own mind she will be MasterChef as she opens up a whole new genera while taking risks. It was a shame there had to be a loser tonight as all 3 cookbook ideas could make money in their own right and were all different generas. Poh's presentation tonight was perfect. It made me curious to try her dishes whereas I can imagine pretty much what the other contestants dishes would taste like.
