It is clear the focus is now on Masterman's Management style and ethics.
Over the past 5 years he has gone to market 7 times with stories that have not met expectations.
Last time Masterman performed like this Anglo America, Glencore and others got ride of him. The exit ended in tears at a Perth based EGM in May 2001 (go to ASX announcements under MRE - 2001).
The only difference is Masterman owns circa 25% of the stock (mainly free or at sub 5 cents) and last time he owned just 1% of Anaconda.
The Board must understand that dilution will not affect Masterman but rather the poor suckers who topped up the tin over the past 5 years.
Either the Board needs to take control and get Masterman to do his Job or things will get ugly.
Lets hope the Leopard can change his spots
