Yes Materman has lost Paper $$$ over the past six months but nothing like the people who have purchased shares post the 2004 IPO.
The Smoke and Mirror facts are;
1, On the Float date back in Dec 04 the seed capital participants held 50 million shares at an average price of 5.45 cents (Masterman paid less than the average). The subsequent issue of 60 million Po Valley shares has funded ALL activities to date (Yes Masterman is using your cash not his).
2. Masterman's Direct IPO interest was 21.164m shares (albiet some trades in 2006 & 2008 - 10; this = to days exact Direct interest).
3. His Mother Joan held 4.789m shares which she still held as of the last annual report.
4. Masterman has an additional indirect holding in Symmall (as a Super Account) totalling 4.708m shares. 1+m was cheap employee options and 2+m are recent CHEAP pickups.
Do not be fooled by Masterman's Smoke and Mirrors.
We need Masterman to run his company with diligence.
