does anyone have an angle on the management and/or the major...

does anyone have an angle on the management and/or the major shareholders at this company? in terms of the quality and staying power? I am fairly new to it but I think it is quite interesting.....I notice that Barrick gold just did a huge placement to unwind the hedgebook. I would have thought this company should do the same but obviously the hedge book is huge here relative to the market cap so its a different scale of recap. Also the convert note holders may be an issue (perhaps they are blocking such a recap).

Anyway thought I would see if anyone has a view on this?
