Let me just say as an employee of WoW, (I won't say which department), we get a pretty raw end of the deal, We are basically just a number to them, the amount of times my boss has revieved an email from head office ordering them to cut wages down to a bare minimum when we are already understaffed.

We have a fingerprint scanner login timesheet system, which automatically deducts you 30 mins of pay after 6 hours even if you don't have a break (which is often), we have lost a lot of benefits, as well as for a business of our size, recieving $700 a year for a staff christmas party for a venue of 40+ employees, usually just gets added to our weaker sections to make the books look better.

While I'm sure this is great for shareholders, such as myself, it really isn't a pleasant environment to work for and while I agree is sucks getting rude or disinterested service staff understand that there often is times where there are underlying issues causing them.
