you have my every s6ympathy as a believer in autonomy for staff not policing,before wes took coles staff their appeared very unhappy not so today ,they all work hard and are enthuisiastic creating a fantastic shopper experience.
if WOW still operate the master relationship(bit of a pun there might however be an insight into the mindset of management)then they are unlikely to listen to staff or customers,.
this is the moment the timber lined boardroom and ties ,along with power dressing all need to end
