yes agree staff at Masters must find it very frustrating, the store concept is good if you are a home owner or possibly an investor in r/e ordering stuff and the lack of appropriate reference systems for staff to use is
a time consuming waste for staff and customers.
I remain incredulous that I was asked if I knew the part number,after advising the supervisor concerned that is the sellers responsibility,it is Masters product exclusive to their stores provided through the Lowes
partnership.
So I directed the supervisor to the display where I located a manual for the EGO mower the part listing was in the manual ,they checked on the inventory system and were unable to locate it.
A very attentive polite staff member found the item higher up on the shelving, hard to fathom how they expect staff to make it happen when management at head office cannot provide the right tools to do the job
, I informed the staff involved they are not to blame but head office have a lot to answer for
