Have done my bit for Masters, recently purchasing about $1000 worth of pavers. Meant that I got a good look at their systems, ordering, service and warehouse. My impression was troubling - good committed staff on one hand battling sloppy systems which produced multiple mistakes that cost me time. Wanted to buy paint too but utterly bewildered by an unknown range. The price was good for the pavers, but it was too much time and trouble for a simple order.

My personal opinion, looking at the figures over the last two years, the rollout and the situation on the ground (particularly management systems), is that Masters is fatally flawed. I can't see it surviving more than five years.

Having said that, I will hold my WOW shares. There's still a lot to like about the company, even with Masters.
