    I have quizzed the company and they confirm the story is utter rubbish and not worth the paper it's written on.

    Mark Smyth has told me that oil concessions can't be awarded without the signature of the President of Cameroon. He says they have reaffirmed that Turnberry are the current holder of block PH72.
