Angola Offshores are the one on the line right now....and that's the one for us to concentrate as it will generate almost "instant" cash for the company

There will be no cash from these permits for at least 3 to 4 years, maybe 6.
They are exploration areas not production areas.
They MIGHT not even find oil. ( some previously rejected finds in block 6 may look at being revisited )
