Jake if you mean Oct 07 to Dec 07 then MS would probably say the money was spent on the Feasability study.
If so, Nearly $2 Million on a study during a time that MS said he was prepared to leave Matanda in order to appease the Cameroonian infighting. I personally would have waited.
If you mean Jan 08 to March 08. No not sure what that would be.
