But, we all know the rush to Angola atm....Petrobras for an example....
Offshore projects like this will generate extreme interest from instos consequently it will bring capital to the explorations and value to the shareholders as interest on the stock will grow rapidly......
ps: accumulation is happening mate....and they want to practise it on a more bully way than anything....the fast fingers running the show atm are more canning than you think....they want it from you and cheap....
