The Press coverage today of the unions and labor party agreement on uranium seems to imply that a deal is done -- show a united front -- Labor and the unions will all speak against Australia having nuclear power - the inference is that they will ok uranium mining as a trade off to get everyone on side and stop Howard playing games with the different factions. All we need is a clear announcement.
