I am not sure that Matchvision can be instant. My understanding is that it takes a little time to setup as they need to load the action data. The action data (goals, corners, var, etc) come from a supplier such as Genesis Sport or Stats Perform. These companies can have 6-8 people watching a game and recording all elements of a game with time stamps. This is how Matchvision knows which parts of the video to show, based on the Users selection. The actions are not detected by AI. I suspect there would be a lag from the end of a game to when this data would be available.
