This maybe true as I have detailed visions of a South African Rugby matches forward pass. The replay was exceptional in detail with forward back repays to see whether the pass was forward or not.
Having said that, if what you contend is true then it doesn't need Linius at all, and if that's true then are all these sports editors provided for all game in all sports, worldwide as the scope of the extent of sports covered is massive.
The other point in your arguments favour is that Linius is said to be used to unlock value in archived footage.
It maybe a blend of both as we shareholders are not informed enough.
Perhaps when subscriptions are needed to view live game then the extra expense of in-play/on-play editors are used as Wolves said that many camera angles are used.
