A proof to the fact that how hungry is the sport industry for cutting edge techs is the selection of MatchVision as a finalist in Football Business Awards. That was a collaboration between partners Swanbay, IMG, Linius, Stats Perform and Wolves. We have a platform with Linius tech at its core that is and will be taken seriously.

Swanbay has invested around $2.5m of its own funds integrating Linius Video Tech. Swanbay's MatchVision platform existed already for a while but Linius tech is the key factor in the platform, adding value, winning attention.

The partnership between the 4 firms is valuable. Within this framework Swanbay will commercialise MatchVision or other products and negotiate with clubs, in essence marketing and selling Linius tech. Linius' revenue comes from the minutes video extract by club fans. So, shareholders expect more clubs deploying MatchVision and will keep an eye on that.

Swanbay's products with Linius tech at its core can span to other sports like cricket, rugby, tennis, and basketball, to name a few, in partnership with IMG or other partners like Whisper.
Therefore, no deal will be announced by Linius for MatchVision, but revenue to stream. In my view, the deal in this case has already been made which is the partnership with Swanbay. The partnership terms may change or transform in near future.

So, the driver here is the number of clubs and fans won by Swanbay, in turns the minutes of video extract, than announcing deals.

PS- When or where relevant, Linius may announce some deals in Education sector or with other sport partners.
